The privacy & quietness is wonderful. The pasture is a place to keep animals and the large yard has a fire pit we enjoy as well as a play structure for the children. There is a fenced garden spot near the house as well as a large tilled garden spot.
We love our roomy solid home with low-maintence brick exterior and a clay tile roof. We spend a lot of our time in the large living room that has 2 south facing large windows. The wood burning fireplace makes the space very cozy & warm. Our large family room/bedroom is a great space for the grandchildren to play. Upstairs has two bathrooms with in-floor heat, a master bedroom with French doors leading to the upper covered deck and three more spacious bedrooms . The large kitchen has a lot of cupboards with an island & peninsula that have lovely granite countertops. The separate fridge & freezer are great. French doors from the dining room lead to a large covered deck with rubber matting & 3 hanging swings.
I love the main floor laundry room that has large counters for folding clothes & a sewing area. The heating/power and water bill equal $370/month.
